moment-to-moment basis.
Within the last decade, I have collected treasures from different teachers in Thailand, Bali, India, Mexico, Spain, and Germany. My teachers have been rooted in traditions like Thai Yoga Massage, Ayurveda, Lomi Lomi, Balinese Oil Massage, Yogic Bodywork, and Toltec Shamanism. Now, I blend their wisdom with my own experience, mindfulness principles, and my intuitive flow.
EACH MASSAGE IS A MEDITATION FOR ME.

We’ll have a conversation before the treatment to speak about certain body areas that you would like to focus on. If you want you can specify your preferences and we can take time for you to express what you would like to move physically, mentally and emotionally. I will create your personalized treatment accordingly, including
energetic transmissions and intuitive flow.
In Caparica, we meet in the comfort of my oceanfront home, which gives you the chance to relax at the beach before or after the treatment. When I’m traveling we can meet in your home or a local studio and I offer massages in all my Retreats aswell.

Sometimes people describe that they feel like being in “another world”, in “some kind of trance” or “deep states of relaxation”. Others describe it as “a sensual dance”. Using only very, high quality essential oils (brand: Doterra), I can guarantee a sensual experience. You can choose if and with which oil you would like to work and it’s important for me to say that I never do the same sequence twice. If I feel (or you told me) that you need me to stay longer in one place, I will stay there as long as I feel it’s beneficial for you. That’s why every treatment is a very unique co-creation.
