ThIS Course
is a 5-week online course with an integration week midway, allowing you to catch up on any missed sessions. Designed to build resilience and stability, the course explores balance and healthy boundaries on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Through weekly yoga sessions alternating between Vinyasa and Yin plus guided reflections, you'll gain practical tools to feel more balanced and have healthier boundaries in your daily life!
Understanding balance & healthy boundaries on emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual levels
Each week begins with an inspiring introduction, followed by a yoga practice (alternating between Vinyasa and Yin), and concludes with a reflection exercise that you can take into your week. Depending on the package you choose, you will get a recording that you have lifelong access to. Why I chose to have an integration week midway? > If you missed one of the first two sessions or simply need more time to integrate the content into your daily life!
Weekly structure:
Week 1: Balance WHERE & HOW: Finding Equilibrium: 90’ Vinyasa + Self-Reflection (optional)
Week 2: Recognizing & Respecting Boundaries: 90’ Yin + Self-Reflection (optional)
Week 3: Integration of Balance & Boundaries: No class: Time for Ease & Flow, Practice with the Recordings, Journaling.
Optional: You can schedule an integration call (for this week or in/after week 5), if you booked the comfort-version of this course.
Week 4: Sustaining Balance and Boundaries – Tools for Resilience: 90‘ Vinyasa + Self-Reflection (optional)
Week 5: Reflection and Moving Forward – Embodying a balanced Self: 90‘ Yin + Self-Reflection (optional)
