ThIS Course

is an online course, designed to build resilience and stability, the course explores balance and healthy boundaries on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Through weekly yoga sessions alternating between Vinyasa and Yin plus guided reflections, you'll gain practical tools to feel more balanced and have healthier boundaries in your daily life!

Understanding balance & healthy boundaries

on emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual levels

Each week begins with an inspiring introduction, followed by a yoga practice (alternating between Vinyasa and Yin), and concludes with a reflection exercise that you can take into your week. You will get a recording to practice with later on.

Weekly structure:

Week 1: January 30: 7 pm Berlin Time: Balance WHERE & HOW: Finding Equilibrium: 90’ Vinyasa + Self-Reflection

Week 2: February 6: 7 pm Berlin Time: Recognizing & Respecting Boundaries: 90’ Yin + Self-Reflection

Week 3: February 13: 7pm Berlin Time: Diving deeper into Recognition & Communication: 90’ Yin Journey + Self-Reflection

Week 4: February 20: 7 pm: Rocking Resilience: Playing with the Edges while sustaining Balance and Boundaries: 90‘ Vinyasa
