We meet at Brunnenhaus, a forest-centered place located outside Cologne. It’s a place in which I have personally been in touch with my greatest illusions (Maya in Yoga philosophy) - but it’s also a place in which I felt deeply connected to my most authentic and true self in a period of my life when it was challenging to feel connected to my true self. What is our true self and how can we access it?
Through our yoga practice (2 sessions à 2 hours per day) as well as tantric approaches we learn how to develop Viveka (the power to distinguish) and learn tools that open our heart and connect us to the inherent flow of love.
Prices & Accomodation
Prices vary from 660 - 900€ depending on the room option you choose

2 Yogasessions per day (Mindful Flow Vinyasa in the morning) & Yin in the evening
Two evening session are replaced by:
a) a Thai Yoga Massage Workshop
b) a sharing-journaling-integration circle
